As all our garments are made to order, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. Delivery is subject to payment authorisation and may be affected by adverse weather conditions. Delivery is via Recorded Standard and a signature is required on receipt. We will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If we do encounter problems, rest assured we will contact you directly.
UK Delivery Costs
UK Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery: £6.99 on all orders. Usually allow 5 - 6 weeks for delivery as each item is prepared to order.

Once you have placed your order on line and you have your order confirmation email we are unable to change it. However in the unlikely event that you realise you have made an error, please call us on 01572 737029 immediately and we will see if we can come to an arrangement. Any adjustments will be made at our discretion.
Products can be returned if still in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. The goods should be returned in their original state along with a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to qualify for refund or exchange. Sale items cannot be returned unless the product is faulty. Please see Faulty Goods.
Returning My Order?
If you wish to return your item, please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org with a reason for wishing to return the product. We will respond as promptly as possible and ask that you do not return your items prior to receiving a reply.
All refunds will be credited via original payment type. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your credit/debit card from the date we receive the return. Upon the refund You will receive a confirmation email.
Safe return of the item(s) remains your responsibility until it reaches us. You should keep a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office. Unfortunately Emma Brown Tweed cannot cover the cost of returns or provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post when being returned back to us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
In the unlikely event an item you purchased is faulty, we sincerely apologise and advise you to email email@example.com or call 01572 737029. Please then provide details on how the item is faulty and provide us with your contact details.
